Shipping Policy

After receiving your order, we will ship it out in two to three business days. For Canada and U.S. orders, please expect delivery within 4-8 business days.

Free shipping on order above CAD100 Within Canada and U.S USD150 . International shipping on order above USD200. (MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT IS 5 KG).

It will be the courier's responsibility to deliver your order to you if the address you provided at checkout is the same as the address we shipped it to and the tracking shows that the shipment was successful. We cannot be held responsible for misplaced or stolen packages; in such instances, please get in touch with the courier (Canada Post/UPS) for support if problems occur.

Expert Advice: We advise getting in touch with the courier and asking them to hold your package at a nearby pickup location if you won't be home during delivery hours. This will lessen the possibility that it will be misplaced or stolen, and you can Pick it up whenever is most convenient for you.

For packages that the carrier has reported as delivered, Candy Canvas does not take liability. Packages that have been verified as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for credits or refunds from us. After processing your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification that includes the package tracking number.

Every price, tax, shipping charge, and other detail is listed and handled in Canadian dollars.

TRANSNATIONAL AIRPORTS

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs taxes for shipments made outside of the country. The customs tax is not Candy Canvas responsibility to pay.
